The way our cocktails are served

We are aware that part of the glamour of a cocktail, is the way in which it is served. Some cocktails like a dry martini, demand the simplest adamant such as a solitary olive, while we decorate others in particular the long fruit-flavoured.

Cocktails with different fruits giving a sensational look. which is our speciality. The only criterion is that we make sure that the fruit chosen complements the flavours of the particular cocktail.

The Wine Bar

Clients may choose either the Caribbean Bar or the Summer Boat bar depending from the type of event, season and place where the event is held.

The Wine Bar is offered for free of charge when booking one of the other bars.

Alex Cocktails may serve from 12 to 14 different cocktails. We also offer the welcome cocktail drink for all the guests, where one can choose from 18 different cocktails including non-alcoholic ones.

It is important to note that when booking a cocktail bar for your wedding you will end up saving lots of money as less alcohol is consumed than when having the traditional bar.
