Regular meetings are held to you keep you up to speed.  We are very versatile and apart from full wedding planning, we can offer you partial wedding planning or the service of a Wedding Day Coordinator, otherwise known in Malta as Professional Best Man Duties.

•   We can gather pricelists from various suppliers and guide you with what would be suitable for your wedding, attaining the best deals for you.

•   As with the best caterers, we know the best photographers and videographers, all professional in their work and each with their own style.  Together we would choose the most suitable deal for you.

•   Whether it will be a DJ, string quartet, live band with or without vocals, solo pianist – we have the contacts to get you the best prices and a great performance for your wedding reception.

•   We can decorate the wedding venue using many unique methods some of the more popular would be fairy lights, tea light candles, Bedouin areas, crystal trees and so on.

•   Should the bride need any help in choosing the perfect wedding dress and/or accessories, we are on call to give our advice and will join you when trying on different styles if requested (a favourite with many brides as they get the benefit of our professional opinion).

•   We could be responsible for all hired outfits collecting and returning them, reclaiming any deposits paid.

•   At the wedding ceremony, we will assist with greeting your guests, along with the ushers and guide them to their seats.

•   The drinks will be counted by a member of the Magic Moments team and the head waiter both before and after the wedding leaving you and your guests free to enjoy the celebrations.

•   The circulation of the food is monitored ensuring nobody is forgotten.

•   Ensuring the couple eat during the wedding (it is your wedding after all).

•   Assisting the photographer gathering your guests to save time.

•   All staff queries will be dealt with personally so that you can enjoy your wedding day with friends and family and any hiccups will be dealt with discreetly if and when they arise.

•   Every bride needs to be pampered for her big day.  She will need make-up and hair trials to ensure the styles and colours chosen work for her and complement the rest of the wedding outfit.  We at Magic Moments can help with this.

•   Do not forget your nails – hands and feet! These are just as important and on show more than you think.

When you’ve spent months or even years planning your special day, I am sure you will have put a lot of time and effort into deciding how you’d like your wedding venue to look.  

But come the big day, do you really want to be worrying about who needs to be checking the drinks with the headwaiter (before and after the wedding reception), or the name cards being placed correctly, wedding souvenirs, the table centres, the cake table and all the other small details that make this day so special?
