Ringway Villa / Apartments is the ideal villa for large groups or families holidaying together. Whether for a wedding occasion or for fun and sun the villa is the ideal accomodation for your holiday in Malta.

Location

The Villa is situated in a prime area known as Santa Maria Estate in Mellieha, a peaceful valley in the northern part of Malta known for its prestigious villas. The Villa is situated close to all shops, bars, restaurants, playing fields, and the village centre.

It is also very close to the Sanctuary of Our Lady where many foreign couples getting married in Malta choose to have their wedding ceremony.

Being in Mellieha it is also just a 5 minute drive away from the sandy beach called 'L-Ghadira' and from Cirkewwa where you can catch the ferry to visit the wonderful sister island of Gozo.

Features

The villa consists of 3 apartments: one 2 bedroomed and two 3 bedroomed apartments.

The 2 bedroomed and one of the 3 bedroomed apartments can be interconnected and become one whole floor apartment with 5 bedrooms.

The other 3 bedroomed apartment is on the ground floor and this makes it ideal for elderly people having difficulty walking or in wheelchair.

The villa as a whole can accommodate up to 16 persons plus also any extra beds which are available on request. The villa can be rented either as a whole with private pool or as individual apartments sharing the pool.

The Villa has a BBQ area near the pool together with sun-loungers and umbrellas to make your stay a relaxed one. A mature garden surrounds the Villa. Garden furniture is available in every apartment.

Whilst hiring a car is not a necessity, there is plenty of parking space outside the Villa.
