During the summer of 2000, I was on my way to London to meet some friends of mine who have been studying there.
Along the trip I met a very handsome guy, seated next to me. The three hour flight seemed very short, we spend almost the whole flight talking about our lives and the purpose of our journey.
He was going to Kent for work purposes, and I explained that I was going to meet my friends and have some good time far from the usual daily routine. As we shared this conversation I remember that I was really attracted and longed to get to know him deeper, however I wasn't that sure if he felt like me, so as we arrived at the airport we shook hands and everyone took his way.
Surprisingly some two days later we met while doing shopping at Oxford street. We were in the same shopping centre and it was there where he asked me to join him for dinner after his seminar.
I couldn't believe it, I was very hesitant yet I really wanted to accept, and so I did.
We agreed to meet for lunch the day after and for dinner after his work.
Since I had to go to Malta before he did, we kept in touch and continued our dates even after his arrival till now.
It's been over two years now that we are together, and we are only a few months' time away from the big day, since on 28th December 2003 we will give our vows to each other!
