GMT -1 Zone (like Cape Verde Is.) you have to deduct 7 hours from the result obtained,

GMT+0 Zone (like London, Dublin and Lisbon) you have to deduct 8 hours,

GMT+1 Zone (like Malta, Rome and Vienna) you have to deduct 9 hours,

GMT+2 Zone (like Athens, Cairo and Bucharest) you have to deduct 10 hours,

GMT+3 Zone - deduct 11 hours,

GMT+4 Zone - deduct 12 hours so on and so forth.
