- Buy any special lingerie in time for the fitting of the gown.
- Make any alterations to the bride’s gown, bridesmaids’ and flower girl dresses.
- Buy any jewellery (earrings, necklace, etc.) and remaining accessories to be worn on your day.
- Confirm your honeymoon flights, accommodation and other bookings.
- Confirm the validity of your passports. Take photocopies just in case you loose your passports whilst abroad.
- Confirm the final number of guests and finalise the menu with your caterer.
- Start confirming all other arrangements and contracts.
- Plan the reception seating if you are having a sit-down meal.
- Contact the respective police stations and local councils for any parking or other special permits you might require, for example, to access Mdina with a car.
- If you are travelling within the EU, apply for the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). Application forms may be obtained either from the Local Councils, from the Ex-Outpatients Block, St. Luke’s Hospital, G’Mangia or online from www.health.gov.mt . For more info call (+356) 2595 2400.
