Use the following checklist for your flower arrangements. Decide which of the following you will be having. Since not all bouquets are absolutely necessary, we have listed them in order of priority.

Bouquets:

  • Bride
  • Bridesmaids
  • Bride’s throw away
  • Maid/Matron of Honor
  • Flower girl bouquet or basket
  • Home decorations


Boutonnieres:

  • Groom
  • Best man
  • Fathers of the bride and groom
  • Ushers
  • Grandfathers of the bride and groom
  • Ring bearer

Corsages:

  • Bride’s mother
  • Groom’s mother
  • Grandmothers of the bride and groom
  • Other women helping in the wedding

For the Ceremony:

  • Main altar
  • Aisle or pew decorations
  • Candelabras
  • Chairs

For the Reception:

  • Head table centerpiece
  • Gift table centerpiece
  • Bar centerpiece
  • Arrangements next to seating cards
  • Guest table centerpieces
  • Buffet table centerpiece
  • Fresh flowers for cake

Others:

  • Aisle runner
  • Floral headpieces

You may also consider:

  • The thank you bouquet for the bride’s parents
  • The thank you bouquet for the groom’s parents
  • Arrangements for guests from abroad
